About Juboti (juboti.org)

Youth Women Empowerment Platform for Bangladesh

Juboti is a people-driven civic platform dedicated to the empowerment of young women in Bangladesh, operating under the broader civic framework of Jatiya.org and deriving its legitimacy from Article 7(1) of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, which affirms that all power in the Republic belongs to the people.

Juboti exists to ensure that youth women are recognised not as passive beneficiaries, but as rightful holders of constitutional power, dignity, and opportunity. The platform is non-governmental, non-partisan, non-violent, and law-abiding, and it does not operate under any political party, state authority, or partisan agenda.

Leadership

Constitutional Foundation (Article 7(1))

Article 7(1) establishes that the authority of the Republic originates from the people themselves. Juboti functions as a constitutional expression of this principle, enabling young women to organise, participate, and raise their voices lawfully and peacefully within the civic space.

Under this framework: Youth women are recognised as equal stakeholders in the Republic. Collective civic participation is treated as a constitutional right, not a political favour. Empowerment is grounded in law, dignity, and equality, not confrontation or coercion

Our Objectives

A Bangladesh where young women are constitutionally empowered, economically independent, socially respected, and actively engaged in shaping the nation’s future

uboti operates within a unified national civic ecosystem that promotes people’s sovereignty, democratic participation, and social justice across different sectors of society.

Jatiya.org provides: Constitutional alignment and civic legitimacy. Ethical governance standards and non-partisan discipline. A nationwide framework for participation, coordination, and accountability

Within this structure, Juboti focuses exclusively on youth women empowerment, ensuring that gender inclusion becomes a core pillar of national civic development, not a marginal concern.
