Juboti President
Role: Chief Executive & Constitutional Guardian
The President of Juboti is the highest executive authority and principal representative of the platform. She is responsible for safeguarding the constitutional vision of women’s empowerment and ensuring Juboti remains lawful, non-partisan, and people-driven.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and long-term vision for youth women empowerment. Uphold constitutional principles under Article 7(1) and ensure alignment with Jatiya.org Represent Juboti at national and international civic, social, and policy forums. Protect young women from political pressure, exploitation, and exclusion. Oversee national programmes on education, leadership, and economic empowerment
Election
Elected annually by registered members. Selection conducted through secure digital voting. Accountable directly to Juboti’s nationwide membership.
Secretary General
Role: Administration, Operations & Programme Execution
The General Secretary is the chief administrative and operational officer of Juboti. She is responsible for implementing leadership decisions and maintaining organisational discipline, records, and communication.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day organisational affairs. Maintain membership records, documentation, and official communications. Implement decisions of the elected leadership. Coordinate women-focused programmes, training, and civic initiatives. Ensure transparent reporting, compliance, and internal accountability.
Election
Elected annually via digital voting by registered members. Directly accountable to the general membership.
Democratic Selection & Accountability
Leadership elections are held once every year. One member = one vote principle applies. Nationwide participation without geographic barriers. Leaders must publish annual activity and financial reports. Zero tolerance for corruption, abuse of power, partisan brokerage, or misconduct
Vice President
Role: Strategic Support & National Coordination
The Vice President supports the President in leadership, coordination, and programme implementation, ensuring organisational continuity and inclusive nationwide engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in executing national strategies and empowerment programmes. Coordinate regional and sector-based women’s initiatives. Assume executive authority in the absence of the President. Strengthen collaboration among youth women networks across the country. Support safe, inclusive, and lawful civic participation for women
Election
Elected annually through digital vote by registered members. Chosen directly by the nationwide Juboti membership.
